At BLVNKSHOP, every piece is carefully prepared and quality checked before dispatch.
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item has a manufacturing defect
To request a return, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Worn or washed items
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited drop items once sold
Please carefully review sizing and product details before ordering.
Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
As many BLVNKSHOP items are limited releases, replacement stock may not always be available.
